We are a family owned & operated firm with Ron Movshovitz at the helm as our resident general contractor & developer. Ron brings over 42 years of licensed knowledge & experience as a contractor and developer. Ron’s portfolio includes having built over 40 new homes, 12 shopping centers, 8 apartment buildings and hundreds of remodels. After having grown-up working on his father’s construction sites, David Movshovitz graduated law school and pursued a legal career in litigation for the Los Angeles City Attorney’s office. At one point, David was asked to assist in the settlement of a client’s homeowner insurance claim after an insurer neglected to act in good faith and compensate the client for their loss. Within a month, that initial claim was settled by David for Eight Times the original settlement amount offered. Since that day, David has joined our staff full-time and has cultivated a water & fire damage claims division. David and his staff advocate on behalf homeowners to ensure that their insurance company acts in good faith to settle all claims in a fair and just manner.

​Our in-house claims team now consists of IICRC certified experts, public adjusters, and certified expert witnesses from various construction related fields, such as structural & soil engineers as well as two associate attorneys that specialize in bad faith insurance claims. Our claims team fights to ensure that our clients attain the peace of mind that your claim will be settled in manner that ensures all damages sustained are repaired with no out-of-pocket costs to our client. ​
